Garrison Landing

There are only a few places in this country where you can have that small-town-experience without needing a 4WD vehicle or knowing about the 4-H Club — one of those places is called Wayzata. Exactly one block from Lake Minnetonka and across the street from the historic Wayzata Post Office, Tanek designed Garrison Landing.  This boutique condominium has only ten units, was a Charlie & Co. collaboration, and is steps away from all of that yummy Lake Street eating and shopping. Of course, you CAN use a 4WD vehicle (but only a Lexus or Mercedes, please) and you CAN know about the 4-H Club (but only because you don’t HAVE to).
