At Bonaventure Mall in Minnetonka, we transformed the former Champs restaurant into a fresh, contemporary space for an innovative new concept that merges state-of-the-art self-service wine with boutique deli offerings. Our design focused on creating an open, inviting environment that encourages exploration and self-selection, allowing guests to pair curated small plates with a wide range of wine options. The layout and materials were carefully chosen to support a seamless, integrated experience—modern yet warm, with an emphasis on flow and interaction. The result is a distinctive destination that redefines casual sophistication and elevates the wine-and-deli experience.
