Windsor Plaza in Eden Prairie recently completed a remodel of its expansive common-area lobby to transform a previously dark, underutilized space into a welcoming, functional environment for tenants and their guests. Designed to support a diverse mix of retail, therapy, and office users, the renovation focused on creating flexible areas for collaboration, informal meetings, and alternative work settings beyond the traditional desk. Updated finishes and lighting introduced a brighter, more contemporary aesthetic, while select existing wood elements were preserved to maintain warmth and visual continuity. Special consideration was given to flooring selections to ensure comfort and durability for therapy clients and high-traffic users alike. The project also improved circulation and wayfinding, including a relocated and enhanced directory and visual emphasis at the elevator banks to help orient visitors within the large lobby footprint.
