We transformed a former Hollywood Video location into a restaurant for the Blue Plate Restaurant Company: The Lowry. The outdated shelving and stained carpeting were replaced with polished concrete, leather booths, and sleek wood paneling. Now, Uptown has its own destination for burgers, whiskey, oysters, and eggs.
