The Ephesians. 

Tanek designed a new four-story, 89-unit apartment building that complements an existing neighboring property owned by the client, creating a cohesive, campus-like environment. The project features podium-style wood-frame construction over precast concrete, with one and a half levels of indoor parking offering a mix of single and tandem stalls. Shared surface parking and integrated vehicular and pedestrian pathways enhance connectivity between the buildings. The exterior design incorporates a mix of decorative concrete block, brick, and cement board siding, providing a durable and visually engaging façade that ties the new development seamlessly into its context.
