The Fish Guys.

The Fish Guys turned to Tanek to design an expanded facility that could keep pace with their rapidly growing seafood business. The West Side Center offered an ideal location with existing infrastructure we were able to repurpose—including docks and truck flow routes essential for efficient warehouse operations. A major highlight of the project was the design and construction of a massive two-story freezer built within the existing structure—an impressive engineering challenge successfully executed. Complementing the industrial functionality, we also created an open kitchen and entertainment space where chefs can prepare fresh seafood in a beautifully designed, immersive environment that showcases both the product and the brand.
