The Terrace Group—a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in investment, brokerage, asset management, and development—partnered with Tanek to renovate an existing office building and establish a shared central amenities hub for both their team and other tenants. The design focused on improving lighting, acoustics, and overall functionality within the common areas.

To address sound issues in the vaulted ceiling space, Tanek incorporated acoustic panels that help control noise while maintaining the openness of the volume. Large decorative pendant fixtures were added to highlight the height of the space and enhance lighting quality. At the building entry, dark brick was removed and new patio doors were installed, bringing in significantly more natural light and creating a stronger connection to the outdoors. The renovation also introduced a spacious outdoor patio, offering an appealing additional amenity for tenants and visitors.

Overall, the redesign modernizes the office environment, improves comfort and usability, and strengthens the shared experience within the building.
