Tanek was instrumental in creating a branded space with design elements that can be assembled in a variety of configurations—much like the customizable Philly cheesesteak or your personal preferences. Featuring a carefully curated palette of materials, such as aged stainless steel, and simple architectural details like manhole covers, Streetz brings the essence of American street food to life. Repurposing an old Denny’s in Bloomington, Minnesota, into a vibrant street food destination required vision—and plenty of meat.
