We transformed a historic structure built with true old-growth timbers and boards into the home of Sociable Cider Werks—a vibrant bar and production facility that celebrates both craftsmanship and community. Respecting the building’s original character, we carefully repurposed the space to create a welcoming, social bar experience where patrons can enjoy cider made on-site. We collaborated closely with the Department of Agriculture to ensure the production facility met all regulatory standards without compromising the authenticity of the space. The result is a seamless blend of industrial function and lively social interaction, rooted in history and built for connection.
