We were brought in to revitalize the heart of Riverplace with a project focused on creating dynamic, people-centered spaces that breathe new life into the building’s core. The renovation introduced a new conference center, fitness facility, and inviting gathering areas—each designed to enhance daily experience and foster community. At the heart of the transformation is a centralized common area that reorients the building's energy and draws the eye toward stunning river views.

By opening up sightlines and rethinking circulation, we created additional shared spaces and a large conference room positioned to take full advantage of the riverfront setting. The result is a thoughtful blend of function and atmosphere, turning underutilized interiors into vibrant hubs of activity and connection within the Riverplace community.
