Red Cow, located on 50th and France in Edina, Minnesota, is a restaurant project we approached with the goal of blending sophistication and comfort in a modern neighborhood tavern. Our design brings a gourmet yet casual sensibility to life through warm, inviting materials, ambient lighting, and thoughtful spatial planning that fosters a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The concept—Red for wine, Cow for burgers—guided our use of rich red accents and rustic textures, creating a space that feels both refined and approachable. The result is a polished, contemporary environment that honors the spirit of a classic tavern while elevating the dining experience.
