In a multi-phase renovation project culminating in 2025, Tanek led the complete interior transformation of a tired 1990s-era build-out into a modern, light-filled workplace designed to inspire and engage. The most recent phase brought a dramatic reimagining of the space, centered around an open kitchen and seating area that promotes connection and transparency. The updated layout now supports a range of office needs while introducing new gathering spaces, a golf simulator, a custom poker table, additional conference rooms, and a fully equipped fitness area—balancing work and wellness in one cohesive environment.

Custom Minnesota-themed graphics, expansive use of glass, and a clean, modern aesthetic bring fresh energy and identity to the space. Designed with employees at the heart of the experience, the new environment encourages collaboration, productivity, and a healthy dose of fun—marking a significant evolution from the original build-out and positioning the company for the future.
