The design prioritizes comfort and warmth, ensuring clients feel at ease while emphasizing the importance of gatherings and entertaining. Key features include a fully equipped indoor kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, a putting green, and lounge areas, reflecting their focus on hospitality and creating an inviting atmosphere for both business and family-centric events.

Central to their philosophy is the tortoise as a metaphor, integrated throughout the design to embody the values of patience and discipline. Inspired by the story of "The Tortoise & The Hare", they believe in the slow and steady approach to building wealth, emphasizing the long-term success of methodical, consistent investment over fleeting market trends.
