Monticello Mixed-Use Development.

Currently under construction this multi-use development in Monticello comprises a 4-story 98-room hotel by the FairField-by-Marriott brand, and an adjoining slab-on-grade Event center and end cap Restaurant. Total project size is 61,300 SF.

Building materials are primarily various textures and colors of EIFS. The porte-cochere is constructed of metal and manufactured/cast stone masonry.

The hotel will have a swimming pool, fitness center, business center and lounge space, with bright, contemporary finishes in the lobby and public spaces.
