Completed in 2024, Tanek designed a 5,054 SF restaurant located in the lower level of the Galleria at University Square in downtown Rochester, MN. Positioned beneath student housing for the University of Minnesota Rochester and surrounded by shopping and dining, the space was thoughtfully crafted to serve a diverse community—students, families, and healthcare professionals alike.

The interior features a bright, open, and airy atmosphere with a clean white palette and natural light wood tones that create a warm, welcoming environment. Designed to feel cozy and approachable, the space supports a farm-to-table dining concept focused on local food producers and sustainability—offering food that’s good for both people and the planet. The result is a gathering place that feels like home while reflecting the values of wellness, community, and connection.
