Lexside Shops is a contemporary 11,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Blaine, strategically positioned near I-35W and the National Sports Center to serve the area’s expanding residential growth. Anchored by a drive-thru Starbucks with patio seating, the center was designed to balance vehicular efficiency, pedestrian accessibility, and strong tenant visibility within a high-traffic corridor. The architectural approach emphasizes clean, modern lines, durable materials, and cohesive storefront articulation to create a unified yet flexible multi-tenant environment. Home to Park Dental and Jersey Mike's (with a patio too!) the project delivers a streamlined, service-oriented retail experience tailored to a growing north metro trade area.
