The project involved relocating Sotheby’s existing office from the Galleria to a new storefront on West 50th Street in Edina. The design focused on creating a warm, upscale, and inviting space that balances functionality with elegance. Emphasis was placed on gathering spaces for both clients and employees, fostering socialization and relaxation, while private conference rooms were designed to provide a professional setting for client meetings.

Key highlights include a custom-made bookcase wall with edge-lit shelving, featuring books ordered in a unified colorway to showcase the history of Sotheby’s real estate. Other unique touches include a commissioned "Cake Eater" print in the employee open office area and a champagne vending machine to enhance the client experience. This thoughtful design merges sophistication with hospitality, reflecting the Sotheby’s brand.
