Tanek collaborated with HM Cragg to design their new headquarters, addressing both office and warehouse needs to support their growing business. The office layout was tailored to facilitate collaboration among teams and departments, while the expansive warehouse space was built to accommodate their operational demands. As a 100% employee-owned company, HM Cragg prioritized incorporating their mission and values into the design, prominently displayed in a custom graphic on the break room glass. A spacious break room was also created to foster community and team-building, emphasizing their commitment to employee engagement and collaboration.
