When an internationally recognized high-end residential real estate group sought to establish a presence in the Midwest, they turned to tanek to bring their vision to life.

This transformative project involved converting a historic building, once an auto repair shop, into a sophisticated and contemporary office environment. Located on the edge of Downtown Minneapolis, with views of the iconic Basilica of St. Mary, the space now radiates modern elegance.

The design celebrates natural light and transparency, featuring expansive glass elements that create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A unique highlight of the project is the innovative repurposing of an old automobile elevator shaft, which now serves as a striking and functional conference room—melding the building's rich history with its modern future.
