Our vision for the Crown Royal Mill was to seamlessly merge work and leisure in a setting that honors the building’s rich history while meeting the needs of today’s office users. Located at the end of the Stone Arch Bridge in the heart of Minneapolis’s historic Mill District, the transformed building embraces its industrial roots with exposed brick, open ceilings, and a reimagined layout that brings in light, air, and energy. What was once a dated 1980s interior is now a dynamic, modern workplace designed to inspire productivity and well-being.
