The redesign of a 15-tenant, 58,000 SF shopping center posed the challenge of breathing new life into an aging center, while allowing all tenants to remain open for business.

The previous era-specific design spanned over five decades of different construction types and additions. The new design is bold and outward-facing, introducing new materials of stucco and fiber cement board designed in proportion resulting in flexible, creative façades that accommodate varying small and large tenant configurations. New fabric awnings and aluminum sunshades add dimension and texture to the façades. New lighting livens up the façades adding visual energy for evening time shoppers. Sconce fixtures accentuate the neutral piers, while continuous LED strips added to the underside of awnings and canopies enhance ambiance.

The new design in flexible, fresh and timeless and will ensure Clover Shopping Center’s prominence continues well into the future.
