This project involved significant exterior and interior alterations, transforming two smaller vacant spaces into a unified, functional area. A standout feature was the addition of a mezzanine, requiring structural modifications to the roof to achieve sufficient head height. The scope also included a comprehensive building analysis, which involved reclassifying the construction type to comply with updated building codes and to support the new occupancy requirements. The result is a cohesive and optimized space designed to meet modern needs.
